Hi, I’m Cathy. I created Pure Bake Home Kitchen to bake the most delicious home-made sourdough bread. We are a licensed cottage bakery, baking at home in an inspected, certified kitchen. We use the purest and simplest of ingredients.

    Do you sell a sourdough sandwich loaf? Your bread is great but we make sandwiches so a round loaf doesn’t work well when making several sandwiches.

    1. We bake a 1-1/2 pound sourdough sandwich and toasting loaf for exactly that purpose. We also call it “toasting” because it remains good for toasting for several days. This loaf is $7.50 delivered in the Monterey area.
