VIDEO: Avocado Toast with Pure Bake Sourdough

Captain & Stoker, a local Monterey coffee shop, is making this delicious Avocado Toast using our fresh-baked Pure Bake Sourdough bread. We make it for them in a sandwich loaf so it’s easy for them to make the toast. Here’s a video showing the toast. We hope you go there and try it.
